About me

My name is Harjot Khakh. I am a Registered Psychologist, regulated by the College of Alberta Psychologists, and a member of the Psychologists' Association of Alberta. I have completed graduate studies and registration hours in clinical and counselling psychology, and I am dedicated to maintaining professional growth through ongoing education and training.

In my practice, I prioritize collaboration with clients, helping them develop valuable skills, overcome challenges, and cultivate a more authentic way of being. It would be a privilege to guide you through your journey of self-discovery and healing. My approach is rooted in the values of integrity, empathy, and acceptance, which I strive to reflect in my work with clients. I believe that by prioritizing each individual’s preferences and deeply exploring their experiences, we can create a safe and validating therapeutic space.

With my diverse personal and professional background, I am well-equipped to support clients from various cultural backgrounds, ages, sexual orientations, and life experiences. I tailor my services to meet the unique needs of each individual.

My goal-oriented, culturally sensitive approach to therapy has helped clients define specific areas for growth and develop the skills and capacities necessary for healing.
