How do I know if we are the right fit?

I recommend and value the opportunity to do a free 15-minute no obligation phone consultation. In this time, you have an opportunity to ask questions, share a little about why you decided to reach out, and hear more about the process. Please note this is not mandatory before booking a full counselling appointment.

Service Delivery

Please note I will be only providing counselling services through phone and video conference. Please inquire if you are needing in person counselling.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Available upon request.

I understand that, sometimes, finances pose an obstacle to reaching out. As such, I offer a certain number of sliding scale appointments to those in need. Please contact me directly to inquire as to whether I am currently accepting sliding scale clients.

Do we direct bill?

Many health benefit plans offer coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychologist, so I encourage you to check with your provider regarding your personal coverage as I do not direct bill. You will be issued an electronic receipt that you may submit to your insurance after our session.

Iā€™d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
